Dear Tae Kwon Do Masters, Black Belts and future Black Belt Candidates,

Your dedication to the art, practice, teaching, competition and promotion of Tae Kwon Do (an official Olympic sport) is a great achievement. Through your efforts and tenacious spirit you have successfully joined an elite group of individuals with a history of more than two thousand years. This letter is to introduce you to our organization, the United States Tae Kwon Do Association.

The U.S.T.A. is determined to further the integrity and relationship of Tae Kwon Do to the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and the Korea Tae Kwon Do Association with your school, and all Masters, Black Belts and future Black Belts in the art of Tae Kwon Do. We are proud to offer our association as a bridge to the Kukkiwon and the W.T.F., the organizations that set the standards for all Tae Kwon Do.

We acknowledge your dedication to Tae Kwon Do and wish to assist you in propelling yourself, your school and students to excel in the art of Tae Kwon Do under the auspices of the World Tae Kwon Do Federation through our President and 9th Dan W.T.F. Grand Master In Kon Park Phd. In the past the World Tae Kwon Do Federation in Korea has been difficult to communicate to, without relationship directly with a Grand Master. That is currently changing and the U.S.T.A. is determined to assist you with your relationship with the W.T.F. and the Kukkiwon, with all due respect to your Master(s).

The U.S.T.A has been granted a license to hold an official 5-day W.T.F. "INSTRUCTOR SEMINAR"! This will be one of the first Kukkiwon W.T.F. Instructors Seminars held in North America in more than 30 years. Later this year you will have the opportunity to register as one of the 140 participants allowed to achieve an "INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION" directly from the W.T.F."

In the mean time we would like to invite you and your school to become members of the U.S.T.A. at no cost to you. We simply want to create the paradigm for the new generation of Tae Kwon Do through the martial art we share, and we invite you to communicate with us and create this paradigm together.

With each generation Tae Kwon Do changes based upon the skill and spirit of those who maintain it. You and I, along with the family of Masters, Schools, Students, Black Belts, and Black Belt candidates are Tae Kwon Do. How we practice our art, improve our skills, treat others around us, and teach the next generation will be the legacy of Tae Kwon Do. The U.S.T.A. is committed to this legacy.

To continue this journey we invite you to not only continue your formal training, but to increase your level of commitment and responsibility in your school.
